Publishers send messages to Subscriptions

Web Messaging Publishers send messages to the selected Subscriptions.

In this example, an authorized Notify.com Publisher using Web Messaging to send a message to the Manufacturing Line Events Subscription.

Users assigned to the Manufacturing Line Events Subscription will only receive notification if they have enabled, or Opt'd in, to the Subscription.
